Poker Scandals

Cheaters never prosper. This is an age-old saying that has been proven many times over. Although there are people that get away from cheating, most of the people caught are dealt with a harsh punishment. This is especially true in poker games wherein players are in it for the money. No one would want to be caught in an absolute poker scandal since it will degrade the reputation of the person. He or she will therefore not be invited to any more tournaments in the future.

Poker is a game that uses strategy. There are many ways to win and cheating is not one of them. A player can either have a good hand to ensure that he or she gets to win a round. Bluffing is also allowed although it is a very risky move since the opponent may have a better hand which he or she may like to play.
