When I typed this piece, my friend Arson (no, he does not go burning houses for a living, it's a nickname) said, "good, now I can see the Top Ten poker players in the world". I told him (and sorry to disappoint you if that's what entered your mind too when you first read the title), this is not about that.

This is about a site that holds statistics which I am sure you would appreciate if you are a serious online player. The Official Poker Rankings maintains Internet player poker stats for people in sites like FullTilt and its competitor PokerStars. Worried about costs(?)- do not, it's gratis. When we say 'Internet player poker stats or numbers', we think of buy ins, In the Money, ROI and many others. They are all in this site, and that is a real godsend for both intermediate and professional gamblers.

If you want to keep track of your own stats fine, but if you want to focus more on the competitors, so be it. The gambler could see if the opponent is a true fish, a true shark, a fish pretending to be a true shark, OR A SHARK pretending to be a fish, or somebody who does not even know exactly what he is.
